Capturing cells from the SVF fraction increases the cellularity of the graft.

Centrifuging fat to isolate the highest density / higher cellularity fraction and SVF (3) (5)  while discarding the infranatant, low-density fat, and oil (1) (2) (4) from the fat graft will increase the density of cells (dose of cells per volume).

PRP improves the survivability of the graft.

Fat should be harvested using a syringe and in layers between healthy vascularized tissue to
minimize sheer force.
